Zacharias Voulgaris has a BEnd/MEng degree from the T.U.C., Hania, Greece (graduated in February 2003) and an MSc from City University of London in Information Systems and Technology (graduated in 2004). He has completed a PhD on Pattern Classification using a newly introduced metric called Discernibility (finished in May 2009). Recently he has been accepted at ICSL as a post-doc, to work with Prof. Vachtsevanos on various projects.
